In order to have deep flavors in broths, the restaurant cooks its broth bases individually for about 8-10 hours before combining them together and simmering. The place is not like many others that use deep fryers. Instead, all of the meals are cooked by boiling, steaming, grilling, baking or sautéing. It encourages a healthier way of preparing food. Visitors get delicious and nutritious meals while enjoying the garden atmosphere. Rakitori began its successful tenure under the leadership of Chef John Kook in 2015. After a 12-year culinary career that Chef Kook started in 2006, he perfected his skills in making Asian dishes. He devoted his energy to having his own ramen and yakitori shop after climbing up the corporate ladder and achieving professional growth in ramen and yakitori. The pub has enriched the local community because of its delightful meals and atmosphere, and it has since become a neighborhood favorite.
